The Rune Circle - Now Open for Classes and Events!

The Rune Circle Classroom

One of the most appealing aspects of the Gorean world John Norman created is the diversity found across the planet. On the Gorean Campus, every effort is made to highlight and welcome that diversity via classes, locations and instructors.

The decision to create a Rune Circle for use as a classroom was prompted by the desire to celebrate the northern culture of Gor. Our Torvaldsland-focused classes can serve as fine introductions for those who would like to learn more and we encourage everyone to attend. All are welcome!

The Rune Circle is available for use by all Campus instructors, if booked in advance.

If you're interested in celebrating the culture of Torvaldsland, you might enjoy in this course:

NORTHERN SLAVE DANCING
This Course is designed for a northern Gorean dancer (bond or thrall) who wishes to write a dance based on a quote from the Books and relate their dance to the northern home lands of their Owners. We will learn how to research Torvie culture and using creative writing skills, participants will begin to translate their northern experiences into actual dance movements and emotions, descriptively painting a picture for an audience with music and animations. Basic knowledge of Torvaldsland is recommended.

*Length: 90 minutes
*4 week Diploma course

This 4 week Course will repeated to accommodate various time zones.
